It's probably your fault for failing to chose an ISP compatible with the Talentless ticketing system!

This isn't just a Reading FC problem. Think you will find that every club (most of them) using the premiumtv template has this problem with AOL

Why should AOL provide a solution?

The fundamental rule of web application design is to make sure it's compatible with all browsers.

I don't think it's a problem with web application compatibility - I thought it was where someone has reported premiumtv websites as being "spammers", and so they have been put on a blacklist somewhere in AOL, which means that AOL browsers can't access them.

So it's not the webdesign - it's the extra wrappers that AOL put around their system to protect the poor, naive users from ever coming into contact with the *real* internet.

BTW - that's purely my supposition on this from what I've read - I don't actually know the details of this situation, I just know how AOL operate.

Exactly. Although I believe it is better than it used to be. I have always recommended people against installing AOL as it can be very hard to uninstall and can make a PC unstable. This may not be the case any more but a bad reputation sticks.
