STAR car park

After the abandoned match today we returned to the car park at about 3.25pm to find it locked and nobody in attendance. My understanding was that it would be locked and secured with somebody in attendance during the match. After efforts by a chap, who I assume had connections with STAR, a caretaker was finally tracked down and the car park opened at about 4.00pm.
I realise that the position today was exceptional but it concerns me that in an emergency anyone parking at the school would be unable to get to their car quickly.
