So, the cost of calling an 084 number from a mobile remains more expensive than calling a fixed geographical number....
Nothing has changed apart from some of the 08 numbers becoming free if you have a landline with BT oh and BTW, BT hike their prices accross the board to pay for it so it's not actually free.
Confusing - just as it was meant to be.
With the government's current review of 0845 use by the NHS, I hope that other public bodies such as the BBC start using geographicaly fixed numbers - especially now that by promoting and using 0845/0870 numbers, they are favoring BT, over other telecom providers.
It's good to see that the BBC is impartial.
