Kitsondinho My eldest is still at Infants school. He comes to some away games with me. In the last few years he has been to Huddersfield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Derby. At all those games haven't been that full and we've been able to sit where he can see and not really (clearly) hear the 'tactical analysis' of other fans...I'm not taking him to Fulham for the above reasons. It won't worry me if I have to stand all game. I do get annoyed with the idea that it is impossible to shout, chant or have fun sitting at the football. It isn't and sitting doesn't have to ruin the atmosphere....however, I know that mentioning this at away games such as Fulham would not be helpful to my enjoyment of the game.
I think that's a very sensible approach.
Out of interest, Can your boy stand on the seat? I've seen kids do that before. I don't have kids so maybe it's not something a younger child could do for that long.
