Reading Home Kit?

by NewCorkSeth » 30 Dec 2016 21:00

Just read some article claiming Reading are allowed (possibly) to wear their home kit every match if they wanted to.
Something about being the major club for the Royal county of Berkshire. Can anyone enlighten me on this?
