M4 Closure for Brentford game

Just to point out that the M4 is going to be closed between J11 and J12 (Westbound) on Tuesday from 10pm.

Obviously anyone looking to head west is going to need to find another route. I'm not sure if it will cause extra traffic in general as people are diverted off the M4 down the A33.

The M4 Westbound carriageway will be closed between junctions 11 (Reading) and 12 (Theale). It will be closed for five nights from tonight as work to replace a bridge joint and resurface part of the motorway continues. However, following a request made by the football club, tonight’s closure won’t be put in place until all of the football traffic has had plenty of chance to clear.
