Burton Away

by arthurfondrelli » 08 Apr 2017 09:31

Anyone know whether this is likely to be moved from it's current Sunday midday slot? I can't think of a reason why it would, but in the past I remember the last game of the season being given a placeholder date/time initially.

Already booked my train, which seems to be the only one leaving London that'll get you there on time, so hopefully not!

No reason it will be moved.

The 9.12am cross country train-from Reading change at Birmingham new St gets into Burton at 11.24 which will mean a bit of a dash to the ground.
Anyone using this route should buy Reading to Banbury, Banbury to Birmingham NS , Birmingham NS to Burton and vice-versa on way back.

No chance of it being moved at all ass all the championship games will ko at the same time and the noon start is presumably to allow Sky to show 2 games afterwards

Think max allocation is 1200? New ground + terrace + last game of the season + league position = lots of people missing out.

It's the one set of games that is never changed as they are all played at the same time to avoid teams gaining an advantage.

Its normally 1600 standing plus 400 sitting for away fans. That's what all other visiting fans have had this year. Not sure if it will change for the last game tough.

Would've loved to be IN for this one, but cricket commitments are starting again. With the midday kickoff, I will be able to listen to the game before playing cricket though.

Isn't there special websites for that, you looking for male or female? Do you want the mouth hole or just the business end one

Would be IN but a few years without a ST leaves me looking doubtful with 2300 points.

Anyone who won't be going I am looking for x 2 tickets. Having been to 20 away games this season already it would be much appreciated if I could make the final one :D

Will all depend on how the weekend goes I would say. If we get 4-6 pts and Fulham/Weds drop points we could be confirmed in the p/offs, so there could be less demand as people decide to spend their money on the semi final games.

If there is still a large question mark come Tuesday then tickets may sell more quickly.
