North London Royal I'm going to be travelling down from Liverpool on the Monday morning as I'm at a festival over the weekend.

Outside chance of some Hudds fans looking to escape the packed trains being on board which could be fun.

We might be on the same train. I'm planning on getting a train from Colwyn Bay at 6.42, I have to change at Crewe and gets into Euston at 10.02. From where I plan to go with my son for a hearty cooked breakfast before dragging him on a pub crawl while he watches his old man get slowly (or not so slowly) hammered en route to Wembley. Parent of the year award will be in the post!

Was planning on parking around Hilingdon / Ickenham / Ruislip and catching the metropolitan to Wembley Park. Any recommendation for which one and where to park? Official station car parks ok?

Driving to Amersham Tube station (Metropolitan line) they have a large car park, straight into Wembly park Tube station. also it will only cost £1.80 single fare if you use contactless / Apple pay / Android pay. £20 - £30 on the train or buses is way too much.

I will be driving from Chesterfield and parking at Chalkhill school, and walking the last 10 minutes to Wembley.

Got a pal in Rickmansworth who lives right close to the station so I can park on his drive and get the tube from there.

Its also good I can avoid central London especially Paddington, Baker Street with all this terrorism bollocks happening right now.

I would recommend Ickenham. It has a very large car park. There should be no problem parking there. If you get there and you can't park then there is tons of parking available on the surrounding streets so you won't have any problems.

I might switch to High Wycombe -> Wembley as it's 20 mins on the train and only £13 something, I hear parking is £6 though.

Would be more simple to just meet him at Reading and tell him to stop being a lazy bone idle ninkumpoop

Reading -> Paddington 25 minutes and you can drink

Car park gets rammed and queues for tickets are horrendous. Highly recommend sorting your tickets in advance so you don't join what will be huge queues if the Arsenal game is repeated.
