Have Vodafone and EE and the latter usually works better on match days. I believe it's considered to be the quickest of all the mobile networks.

The screen was originally positioned so that those in the exec boxes/hospitality would be able to see it clearly.

A second screen sounds like a good idea but it would result in some seats being removed, possibly even some executive/hospitality boxeas if it was diagonally opposite the current screen and great expense incurred and for what? So people can moan about two screens having the wrong font instead of one?

I would rather they sort out the existing screen and the sound levels and quality on the PA system.

If there are to be any luxury things, then how about free wifi? - or they could even charge a nominal fee to cover the costs (but it would have to be lightening quick for all users and capable of streaming sky sports footy etc. In addition they get some digital data about what sites we are using in the ground and that would be useful to marketers and advertisers.... although those stats will likely show that most people look at footy websites and scores/tables.
