Ipswich (H)

by windermereROYAL » 22 Apr 2018 01:16

So we are less than a week away from a season defining game, there are permutations I know, maybe we have enough points already. but the point I`m trying to get across is the fact we need a full stadium with plenty of vocal support, its unlikely Ipswich we bring too many so what are the clubs options to fil, the stadium?
£5 adults with kids free I say. it will be a loss of revenue, but we will lose a sight more if we go down, get your fcuking fingers out RFC you need the fans next week. give them a incentive.

I understand your sentiments but I think the club need to think about season ticket holders who have paid out a lot of money at the start of the season. If the club do too many of these special deals it makes it more difficult for season ticket holders to justify the lay out at the start of the season, knowing that there is a chance that a number of special deals may take place during the year.

Reading always do fair pricing, it is up to us if we turn up!

I'd rather head to The City Ground and support Forest on Tuesday as their game against Barnsley will have a massive impact on our last 2 games.

Exactly. We are probably the best priced club in the Football League in my opinion. You probably pay more for most League 2 sides compared to £20 in the ED. It's almost a crime we don't fill it.

I can only praise the club for their efforts, but Reading fans are among the worst I've ever known.

Swindon have been £23 this season. Next year's season tickets are £410 for equivalent of East Stand. Really hit attendances. People are getting selective with games. Pricing fans out is a real danger.

Not related, but Torquay (just about to be relegated out of the National League) charge 19 quid for their home games.
A full ONE POUND less than we charge away fans to watch Championship footy.
