Why is nobody talking about VAR and the offside decision for the first France goal ?

Umtiti was offside as the free kick was taken and he's the one nudging Mandzucic to cause the own goal.

I thought VAR was to used to check ALL goals

I thought that at first glance, but it looked like there was a Croatian foot playing him onside when they showed it later.

What planes did they have there? Anything special? I have always wanted to see an Antonov taking off and land, they have one of those?

The B2 did a flyover on the Saturday, but not the Sunday which was disappointing. Loads of great stuff though, mostly combat jets (watching the F35 Lightning hover is a surreal experience) and display teams (Red Arrows showed everyone up as usual, and the Italians are mental) and then your Chinooks, your F16's, and your Atlas's etc. The BBMF and RAF Flypast was awesome.

There was a B1 on static display which was cool.
