Who to believe over Hillsborough ? A panel of highly intelligent, well educated people who spent over a year studying over 400,000 documents still in existence regarding the disaster OR Kes ?

Be interesting how that plays out. I expect he'll end up with £200k a week and a motherfcuker of a release clause, maybe even a world record, in the event that Real come sniffing in the summer.

soggy biscuit Liverpool go top of the league

Next two games, at City and Chelsea, could define their season. They'll still be right up there if they lose both, but 3 or 4 points and they'll (almost reluctantly) believe they can win the league.

So, BR has had a right old whinge about the ref in the game at City. The offside against Sterling was poor but he needs to stfu when it comes to his claims for a pen. Skrtel is notorious for wanting to exchange shirts during a game and yesterday was no exception.

Why should any manager 'stfu' when defending their team?

Blatant disrespect for the referee.

Tbf to Rodgers it's probably just the frustration of not being able to win the big games.

He practically accused the ref of cheating as he was from Bolton.

No mention of where the poor lino hails from, I can see a large fine arriving soon.

Sour grapes from a shit manager who didn't have the answers on the pitch, but had plenty for the interview afterwards :|

It took a while but now I know why I never warmed to Bodgers. The bitterness at losing is pathetic. Always looking for excuses. He got that job on the back of Martinez's hard work at Swansea. Without Suarez they'd be 10 points off the pace.

So none of the others ever complain?
I can only think of Martinez and Laudrup in the Premier League NOT going on about refereeing decisions.
In fact Rodgers seldom says much about the officials whereas Mourinho, Wenger et al never blame their own players-it is ALWAYS the ref''s fault and do you remember an old boy called Ferguson?

BTW yesterday's was the best game I have watched this season and the usual 2-2 scoreline between these two sides would better reflect the play and chances.
A good line from the commentator "the attacks are on top" summed up how exciting the game was compared to the usual "defences are on top" which reflects most of the games.
Liverpool at least had a go, unlike the wimpish Man Utd, Spurs and Arsenal in previous games there, and gave City a real scare.

I think Adkins ought to look at this game to see what pass AND MOVE is all about.
