Ascotexgunner Ahhhh I forgot the Phil Jones factor....Christ I've just seen he's in the WC squad......LOL

I'm quite happy with most of the squad but how, just how, is Phil Jones going and Smalling isn't ?

I think out of the 2 Smalling all day long. Mind you I wouldn't make either a first choice either.

Phil Jones is just a big useless clumsy gurning lump.

Well done Chelsea, nice to see them stick one over on Mourinho again. Well, at least the slightly more tolerable of the two possible crap outcomes anyway.

Yeah, let’s get back onboard with this thread…………..

Win the Cup Final. Should be Chelsea! Chelsea! Chelsea! in the papers this morning, but it's…….

Owner banned from the UK on visa problems
Manager leaving in next 48 hours
Star players Courtois and Hazard set to depart

What a club !

As much as I don’t like the fact, the Cup is for also-rans these days. Glory boys should be switching to Liverpool. Or Real Madrid, I guess.

Not just that clown Jones but also:-
Young
Rashford
Lingard

Stating the bleeding obvious but our chances really are slim.

If playing to his potential Rashford is one of the most exciting youngsters we have (after all he is still only 20), Lingard is coming off his best ever season for Utd and Young has proven to be a capable utility player.

Don't let you Liverpool fondness get in the way of reasoned opinion.

Rashford could be the new Welbeck-starts off brightly but ends up somewhere obscure...like Arsenal.
Lingard only seems to touch the ball a half dozen times in games.
Ashley Young-the worst diver in English football

We are doomed.

could / would / should - but you just don't know

Lingard only seems to touch the ball a half dozen times in games.

Averages 27 passes per game - so you got that bit wrong...

Ashley Young-the worst diver in English football

Absolutely - you can have that one -

1 out of 3 aint bad

Love how his technique is to kick the player as he dives

This one prolly is a foul and I can see how he'd lose his footing but the dive is a bit OTT

Always feel sorry for the defender in these types of situations...how do they get out of the way?

the other one is a straight looking for contact
