such a minor thing

he should just admit he did it and get it over and done with

unless one of his team did tweet it or he had it automated/whatevs....however you'll still look like a lying sack of shit anyway so take it on the chin......footballers are fick as fcuk, they need to be treated like kids for their own good.

Agreed, it's hardly crime of the century but you'd like to think he's been at United long enough to understand the significance of Munich to keep off social media for an hour, or tell his media team to STFU til 4pm. Can't believe he needs a "team" to compose a semi literate tweet.

It's pretty shambolic isn't it.

I can kind of understand a social media team being in place for players who want to put out professional looking statements and more PR savvy content to build up a following and make themselves a more marketable commodity but I can't buy the idea that the likes of Lingard need it to manage shit conversations like that (although the account does need to interact as well I guess).

Fair play to the apparent media team though, they could be extremely good if they've mastered the art of coming across as a semi-literate twat with intentional spelling and grammar errors like that!

Its not going to be his personal social media team is it. It'll be the social media team that his agent employs for manage the social media accounts of all his clients. Still not really sure why that would need to exist tbh other than its something extra the agent can charge for.

I haven’t pulled out the Pogbalotelli jibe for over a year but now seems about the right time.

Always said he is way way way over-rated but Mourinho has hardly helped him by trying to make him one of his robots.

Apart from De Gea, as usual.

He is, without question, the best keeper in the world right now.

That save right on half time was amazing.

It seems such a tremendous waste of money to spend a fortune on players and yet most weeks use the same tactics as a Stoke or West Brom.
I'm sure the club's major fanbase in Croydon and Barnstaple must feel a bit short-changed by what they see and thought that the little Mr Bean would produce a side that ,what they pay a lot of money to watch, would be easier on the eye than the teams of Moyes and Van Gael.

surely that is a very hard to call without regularly watching many of the European leagues?

I try and keep up on European football as much as possible and often hear from pundits that Alisson & Jan Oblak are the 2 fighting it out to be best in Europe

Yep. Donnarumma on their tails too, he's been credited with keeping Milan competitive (ish). And Alban Lafont surely won't do more than another season at Toulouse.

I'm trying to find reasons why United won't be in for Ryan Sessegnon in the summer. Luke Shaw is not helping this.

There was an inevitability about United's late win last night. For all the criticism of Mourinho this season, they've won 19 of 29 games and should comfortably finish top 3 - Brighton, Swansea, West Brom and Watford still to play at home.

That grey kit isn't very flattering but I ended up doing a google image search to see how he compares to his Southampton days. I never thought of him as chunky back then but I think it's fair to say he doesn't have the slimmest natural body shape.

He looked such a good prospect before his move. I know we love to build up these prospects but he really seems to have faltered since joining United and it's such a shame.
