Double d v2 Must be a 1st. I can't remember last time at least 1 promoted team didn't go down from prem.

2011-12
QPR, Norwich, Swansea. Blackburn, Bolton and wolves went down.
Not entirely sure but I think 2 out of 3 stayed up the following season as well.
