He's probably getting about 15k a week and playing for one of Europe's biggest clubs. Not sure it is a nosedive tbh.

He'll be playing in the Champions League next season. Fair enough, the SPL is maybe a step down from the Championship but the way he's playing at the moment, he'll be in the Premier League well before Norwich.
