£100 on Reading to win promotion at 6/1 on Bet365.

I think there is value in that bet. If we can get past Fulham then I'll be 90 minutes away from a £500 win + my hundred back.

I was thinking of whacking on another £100 on us to qualify past Fulham at 2.5/1. But if we lose to Fulham then I will straight away lose £200 so I thought I'd perhaps leave that one. I think that 2.5 / 1 is a good price for us to qualify for the final? What do the rest of yous lot think?

That looks a great little bet you got going on there. What price did you get and what was your stake?

I could cash out my Reading promotion bet for £240 now. £140 profit plus my £100 stake back. But I think I'll let this run now.

Betting tip of the day from the new Serie A season in Brazil.

Chapecoense V Palmeiras (Matchday 2)

Lay Chapecoense @ 3.3 on Betfair or
Back Palmeiras @ 2.55 on Bet365

As we all know the entire Chapecoense team were wiped out in a plane crash at the end of the last Brazilian Serie A season. It does look though that Chapecoense have rebuilt reasonably well. On Thursday night they secured an impressive 2-1 victory away to Argentina's Lanus in the Copa Libertadores and they opened their Serie A campaign with a very impressive one all draw away at Corinthians last Saturday. Corinthians had looked to be in good form before that game winning the Paulista championship impressively by sweeping Ponte Preta aside 4-0 over two legs. I was expecting Corinthians to beat Chape on home turf but they couldn't manage it and Chape played quite well.

Tonight though is a different proposition. Palmeiras are reigning Campeonato champions and have been in good form. They were also in action on Thursday night beating recently relegated Internacional in the Copa do Brasil and they opened their Serie A campaign last weekend with a thumping four nil victory over Serie A new boys Vasco da Gama.

I think Palmeiras will be too strong for Chapecoense tonight, but this will be Chapecoense's first home league game at the Arena Conda since the tragic plane crash in November.

It will be an emotional night in Chapeco and it will be screened on BT Sport 2 at 11pm.
