No they aren't.

Most Premier League players wouldn't be on £70k/week.

Ched Evans reportedly on his way to Sunderland. Twitter full of Sunderland fans either outraged and never going to watch their club again or outraged at the outraged people.

My favourite part is former X-Factor winner Steve Brookstein wading in to fight the Sunderland fans

Deadline day has become so, so shit. Sky Sports News already peddling any old rumour they like to generate interest. Used to be a fun day.

My favourite story of Deadline Day is Swansea letting Dan James travel to Leeds, agree personal terms, pass a medical, and then completely ignoring Leeds until the deadline had passed.

Incredible shithousing.

Bordeaux apparently did the same to Fulham with a full-back - Cottagers met his release clause, he travelled to England and passed a medical, and then radio silence from France.

I once heard a story that RFC basically took a players phone away from them whilst we were going through the final stages of signing him so that other clubs couldn't hijack the deal.

I think it was Omar Daley, but I'm not 100% sure.
