genome Dortmund won't sell Aubameyang until they get Batshuayi

Chelsea won't sell Batshuayi until they get Giroud

Arsenal won't sell Giroud until they get Aubameyang

lol

Bizarrely the thing that is apparently holding it up is Arsenal's own demands on the fee for Giroud.

If they get £35m for Giroud and replace him for Aubameyang for £55m that is brilliant business

He will be a bench player there, nice pay rise though.

I am surprised Spurs haven't come in for him, just the sort of player they need at the moment.

They're looking at Lucas Moura, who is probably as good if not better, for a fraction of the price

If I were City, I'd try and hijack that deal Willian-style

Yeah good point. Lucas is proven quality at the highest level.

Lol, Arsenal fans on Twitter found a private jet flying from Dortmund to London on FlightRadar, and have been tracking it the whole way, wetting themselves with excitement

They're a special breed.

Has Guillem Balague turned up to feed us all his annual boll*cks yet? Possibly my least favourite person involved in football. Total arse.

Balague seems to think we are living in the early 90's where he can make up sh*t about foreign transfer activity and no one can check to see if he is telling the truth or not.

Sheth just seems like a weirdo. Some bird on SNN will say 'we are hearing that Aubameyang may be on his way to Arsenal, over to dharmesh sheth who can bring us right up to speed'

Sheth then just repeats what the woman said but says it in a very intense and serious voice, while staring at the camera and adding in unnecessary full stops for dramatic effect.

'yes, I have it on authority. that my sources tell me. That Aubameyang may well be about to join Arsenal.' ::staring intensely into the camera::

It's like he is trying to make it so that the others on there can report some w*nky transfer gossip, but when he says it, it is the real deal. He is awful.

City is a club that will be winning things and have added to their squad from a position of strength which is sound business sense.
Players seem to want to win medals and Mahrez can see that he will get quite a few there in the next few years....and I guess his earnings will be quite high as well.

Newcastle agree a loan deal for Islam Slimani

Sky Sports News' Kaveh Solhekol says "He's a player that needs game time ahead of the World Cup."

...Algeria didn't even qualify for the World Cup
