Norfolk Royal Here's another one showing his skills with the obligatory stepovers and backheels.

However, he is reported to be wanting to leave because his team has been relegated and doesn't want to play in a lower league. How that ties in with playing in the second tier in this country I don't really know.

yeah but our 2nd tier is better than their 2nd tier....

No idea if that statement is correct or not. Kebe came from a second tier French team didn't he? And as we all know, he is the best player in the world.

Appears to have great power and pace but somewhat lacking in quality of final pass/shot? However, looks capable of wreaking a fair amount of havoc amongst defenders, which might allow others to capitalise on that.

That having been said, now our apparent interest is out in the public domain, expect someone else to nip in and secure him before we can. :(

Pepe the Horseman Hmm, he definitely ticks one box. But is he quick?

Agreed. Cedric is a great name.

From the article/link LumpWarden posted....can't see how we'd figure if these teams are interested.

"I am giving myself two to three days to decide, no more. I know that at Swansea I might not be first-choice striker. There are several things to consider, not just the prestige of the club.

"But I am flattered. I'm at an age where I need to play. Crystal Palace are also interested, I think it will be between those three (Swansea, Crystal Palace and Freiburg).”

I'd rather sign Nissan Cedric.

Sky Sports saying he'll go to Swansea or Freiburg..

You just know the next few days will be underwhelming.

That was 3 days ago. They're now saying we're lining up a move.

You mean 'We had our targets and made good offers for them but, due to circumstances beyond our control, weren't able to secure their signing.'

I'd find it baffling if he comes here over Palace, let alone Swansea or Freiburg.

Unless, of course the Legend of Colin has made it across the Channel in which case he might run a mile (or even 49) from Palace.

But, yes, I can't believe he would seriously think about joining us considering the other alleged options available.

There's not a manager in the world that would convince a player that it was in their interests to play in a lower division for half the money.

Nope that was quotes from the player saying those two clubs were interested in him. Not sure that was actually the case.

He wont come here. This just smacks of the last few windows where we get linked to so called bigger names and they go elsewhere. Fans get excited, think we're being ambitious, then we sign Hope Akpan and Nick Blackman - repeat.

Palace have Zaha now though, and the rumour began before Colin returned.

Still, if Swansea want him, he's not coming here.

From what I've been told by my sources here in South Wales, it's more of a case of him wanting to move to Swansea rather than Swansea chasing him.

Paddy Madden left Championship Yeovil to sign for League Two Scunthorpe

A lot of off-field problems though. Shame as he could be a decent player.
