I think you can still sign after the deadline if the club has less than 25 registered players otherwise HRK's plan to put his feet up until after deadline would be extended til the end of the year. Surely he and his agent aren't that thick are they?

I'm pretty sure only loans have been stopped. You can still register unemployed players.
