Royal Ginger Beerens has oodles of skill but is slow and lightweight. He makes a yard with his tricks but gets caught or muscled off far too easily. An upgrade, or even just a more agricultural alternative would be welcome to my mind.

Stam must agree with you on this, as Beerens was completely absent during the playoffs.

For the tough games near the end of the season and the play-offs Stam wasn't using wingers so it would have been hard to slot in Beerens, he obviously didn't fancy him as either a wing back or up front.

Turkish gaints Besiktas are interested in a summer swoop for Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso, according to reports.

Reports in the media indicate that, the Turkish champions are plotting an audacious bid for the Panathinaikos enforcer this summer.

The 25-year-old has become a transfer target for several European clubs following his magnificent loan spell at Granada in the Spanish Liga Santander. Coach ?enol Güne? is keen to take the midfielder to the Vodafone Arena before the start of their preseason training commences.

The former Las Palmas midfielder was excluded from the Black Stars of Ghana 30-man squad which was released last month by coach Kwesi Appiah

Yep, has announced he's close to finalising terms with a premier league club so looks like this one is dead.
