3.8m? Is that how much he'll cost or how tall he is?

So what we can take away from this is for £5m Reading can get Liam Moore and Tom Lawrence from Leicester whereas for £5m Leicester can get Matt Mills from Reading.

That isn't even factoring in that player prices have increased further since Leicester bought Matt Mills from us.

Yeah I'd have him, very different to yann. Also very young. But he will cost far more than £3.8m. For the money he'd cost, I'd rather we spent it on Assombalonga.

Isn't he more of an attacking midfielder than a striker though?

Played a lot on the left wing for Ipswich, but scored most his goals when playing as a striker.

Perhaps we could play him as an attacking LB. He could fight for a place with PW eh John Smith's.

To be honest I don't believe there is anything in this. Leicester have lost Mahrez haven't they? And given Lawrence's form for Ipswich last year plus the fact he's been highly tipped for the future and they've got a more down to earth manager now I can't see him going anywhere apart from the Leicester first team.

Lawrence is a left winger/striker/attacking midfielder and would be a sensational signing for Reading IMO (even for a season's loan) but sadly I just can't see him being available for anyone.

For the record he's 23 now and has 1 year left on his current contract so would estimate this coming season is all or nothing for him at Leicester.

He's three years older than Demarai Gray, has achieved less, and is behind him in the Leicester pecking order. Leicester will also probably reinvest the Mahrez money in a new winger. First team football seems a long way away!

McCleary might not be quite as reliable next season so I could get behind this.
