Snowflake Royal
Forest Gump Harry Redknapp if he is available.
Experience, common sense,
Man management and
A bit more guile than we are used to.
And if it ruffles the establishment up then even better.

oxf*rd. That. I'd rather keep Stam and get double relegated than have that shifty piece of shit near the club.

Yes rare agreed with ian there. Him and colin oxf*rd are two people I would rather be in the national league for then have manage us

This is a difficult one but I have a feeling that if the club do sack Stam then a replacement will come from a manager who is already contracted to a club and/or is doing well in the lower leagues. I just can't see the club going for any of the current managers out of work.

Brian McDoughnut ? No chance. He is massively overrated. He did wonders here with players he knew and when you have that bond the team is going to try harder than everyone else. But when they all left and he had to work with other players well he got found out. You also have to ask if he is that good why has he not been successful anywhere else or approached for another vacancy?

Garry Monk - Also overrated and just an all round ass wipe.

Harry Redknapp - Can't work on a shoe string budget and I think he's a bit out of touch with how football has evolved...look how atrocious he was at Birmingham?

Martin Jol -LOLOLOL

Gus Poyet - I am really unsure on whether he is a good manager or whether he got lucky. Reminds me of our manager too much.

The rest are way out of our league.

Slavan Bilic
Vitor Peirerra
Paulo Bento
Walter Materrazzi

So from the managers that are contracted and I believe would make a difference, I would take Phil Parkinson in a heartbeat. Bolton are struggling as we all know but what a lot of people forget is they had a transfer embargo (was it 2 windows?) So to get them promoted and to not be rock bottom with zero to none funds is pretty impressive. He was also constantly getting Bradford in the play offs. The only questions around him is would his style suit us or be attractive to the board?

After that I've been impressed with
Paul Hurst at Shrewsbury but with Shrewsbury potentially getting promoted would he want to come here?

I would take Warnock as a means to an end.

As for ‘arry....he would just bankrupt us in a way the Russians never could

Quite simply; they'll employ the most impressive candidate who can bring in a backroom team and is willing to work under the dof with no direct dealings in transfers.

Some won't like it; but if Stam does go, I can see Steve McClaren or Roberto Di Matteo getting a call from Gourlay.

I can't trawl through over twenty pages to see all the names suggested but a massive 'No' to Redknapp, Warnock and McClaren - all dinosaurs from the past! I'd take Nigel Clough. Burton will probably go down but he has worked wonders on a small budget and Reading are surely a more attractive proposition for him? He also comes across as a man of integrity - rare in football these days.

I'm sure he'll rise to the occasion and show he is bread to be a top manager.

he'd have to butter up the Reading fans a bit better than Stam has, or else he will be toast

If latest form is anything to go by, he'll need more than a slice of luck to get us back to winning ways

Without dough to start with, I don't think he's anything much.

It'll be Clement, Di Matteo or McClaren.

Although it seems Stam and his team won't be sacked until we lose another few yet.

Has anyone thought of Coleman took an impossible job at Sunderland maybe realises his mistake, I have always rated him from his Fulham days.
