Not Norwood is it?

The biggest rumour appears to Josh Onomah, which I assume would be on loan but that should be taken with a massive pinch of salt.

That would be a solid oxf*rd signing. Surprised that Tottenham haven't looked to promote him to the first team with their injury prone midfield.

Winks is on the mend for them. Also, a few Spurs youngsters have really impressed on their current US tour, notably midfielders Amos and Skipp. Onomah didn't go on the tour...

Onomah would bethe exact sort of player we need in the door. Puts pressure on the very casual John Swift.

Fair enough! I'll admit not knowing much about Tottenham beyond their first team but Onomah has really impressed me.

Seth, yep, their academy is loaded. Here are clips of Oliver Skipp (17 year old trainee) vs. Barcelona last week, and Milan yesterday. Part of why Onomah may be available, and we might be sniffing. (Heard that Luke Amos actually had the better tour, but think he's more a holding, d-mid type at this point).

I was hoping the playmaker was Maddison. He has a proven record at Division one level.

It might be - Onomah was just the name that a couple of twitter randoms have put out there, nothing concrete.

At this point, it could be anyone or no-one.

I still don't think we've got a centre back anywhere near close to Moore's quality, it's time for Ilori to step up or we should get a new quality cb to pair with Moore if he stays. Recruiting high quality at the back will give us more confidence when going forward. Barrow, an in-form Aluko and a new centre attacking mid that Nixon is talking about could really terrify defences this season, with Meyler giving us protection and Kelly dictating the play.

Would be a good acquisition, but I think both Leeds and WBA are closing in on a potential deal for him..

If Aluko, Barrow, Baldock and Sparky can fire on all cylinders and get decent back up from Meite, Kelly, Harriot and Popa then we may be in for an exciting season, but thats a big "IF".

Seem to be some interesting posts from McCleary and Hector... this would make sense if Moore was to go, still knows enough of the changing room to fit in and feel welcomed. Likely to be a loan with a fee at end of the season if true.., Chelsea will want rid as he’s no where near the first team

Theroyalbox id be disappointed not to see Meite in the side next year

It is probably attitude with him, hopefully he has grown up a bit out on loan this season. Not sure Clement isn't the sort of bloke to put up with one of his players partying all the time and snapchatting whilst driving. There is talent there with Meite, would be a good option off the bench.

Trouble for Yakou is, Clement didn't sign him. He might not fancy him.

Seems to "fancy" him quite a bit according to the man himself.

Ah you must have dared to criticise him slightly. He is such a precious little thing.
