I think he is giving this forum a bad name (though it’s pretty well deserved tbf)

Tbh, don’t think the local media are getting special treatment. Everyone’s pretty horrible to each other and everything else on here. Wouldn’t take it personally

As mentioned by OMA, JLow is respected on here for his improvement and the fact he managed to brush off some pretty horrible abuse

The chron lads have their moments - quoting some dire phoney transfer website as a ‘chron source’ was a particular low point, as is keep referring to things like SSN as a ‘chron source’.

Tbf to Friday he did a good job on the presser last week and I did say that at the time

I don't really understand whats going on here, but if it's a group of mongy types trying to stir up trouble for someone irl just for doing their job then they need to take a look at themselves really

But they aren't doing their jobs, thats the point of it.

Why should the local media be given a free ride?

It's not that bad. Just a bunch of nerds pretending to be football expert hard men.

In all seriousness it isn't Hound's fault or anyones fault. This is an adult website with adult opinions on it. Someone who doesn't post here has decided to get offended on behalf of others and slag me off on Twitter. I have the right of reply I'd say.

Thanks Genome for bringing this to my attention.

OMA that response up above is literally a thing of beauty. I cant see how either of them are going to respond to that.

someone performing a job under a standard you decide is acceptable does not mean they are not doing their job. suggesting someone stops 'stirring up sh*t' is not giving someone a free ride

We are all brothers and sisters, why not give your fellow man some positive support rather than being all glass half empty and attacking them?

To be honest, I think picking Friday up on nearly everything he does is a bit much. Some relaxation could be had on your part.

I am phrasing this gently as I don't really want to be dragged into a page long argument with you again. Just my two cents

So you're saying I should break it down into a weekly round up every Friday?

Maybe I have become a bit carried away with it and should only pick up on the major gaffs. I'll try that. Thanks for the advice.

Major gaffs is fine. Spelling mistakes is probably pushing it a bit.

Well it all stemmed from the suggestion to make this thread. I guess I took it upon myself to provide content for it and keep it ticking over, maybe it was too much.

It should be easier for people to create accounts on here. The admin process is ridiculous and would allow for way more people to come on a contribute.
