Fully agree that whinging about it doesn’t help though, and I thought the retweeting of the leaked kit for example was an appalling misjudgement even though it seems a minor thing.

Sad thing is, again CFs actual report from the press conf after the game was pretty good and informative

I reckon the kit thing could have been the final nail you know. Bet someone had a word from Reading FC.

Nope. Purely down to saving his career

Yep

I really don't want Clement here either Mafff, but what you did. Just embarrassing.

That's the great thing about opinions. I disagree.

And I ain't no shrinking violet, I'm going nowhere.

You stepped over the line and you know it. Just accept it and move on.

Whatever people have to say about the local reporters, they seem like the most normal people on twitter at the moment, look at the state of the #readingfc hashtag at the moment, troll accounts, people responding to troll accounts giving them more ammunition and some people who can't accept other people's opinions. Look at the state of it. Although I think we should give Clement a bit of time, I do take your point and I see Clement as more of a coach than a manager, but time will tell. Feel sorry for you especially as one of your Twitter followers.

He must be on the spectrum somewhere. Absolutely zero self awareness.

Clearly boozed up on the wind up thinking it was hilarious. He should probs admit that it was all a bit embarrassing.

yep, no idea what has happened to him. Describing Baldock as Beige repeatedly whilst bigging up George Evans kind of says it all

Not sure he'll do well. He couldn't find a leak for RFC news so can't imagine he could find one in 2 million homes' water supply. I can foresee some very cringe worthy tweets to come from his account.

He has threatened to keep reporting on Reading too. No idea what that means when he is no longer working for the Chronicle. Please don't tell me he is going "freelance"???

Apparently he had night mode on his phone which meant he could only see a number 2. That or he is clueless.

Jonathan needs to stop doing videos btw. He has the least authoritive, commanding voice of all time. He also resembles Peter Sutcliffe slightly which puts me off.

That makes no sense

Almost every reading fc official tweet that uses those stupid blue numbers don't come up correctly on my phone.
The Baldock one said
1 goals
2 promotions
1 Baldock
On my phone so I get why he had an issue.
