Speculation - Scott Brown

Forgive and forget?

BBC Scott Brown is eyeing a Celtic exit - just six months after snubbing the Premiership for a £4.5m move to Parkhead. (Express)

Scott Brown "If I had chosen Reading I would probably be fighting a relegation battle next season and then maybe disappearing into the Championship. In two years' time people would have been saying, 'Remember that lad Scott Brown - whatever happened to him?'"

It's funny reading his comments now considering how mad everyone went about him.

He'd walk into our team, but I think he'd walk into a number of Premiership teams, which means we have about as much chance signing him as Hibs......

He'd be a very welcome addition but we don't need another midfielder.

Maybe in the summer if we move Bryn on and free up some space.

Equally if he's looking to jump ship 6 months after signing then it hardly re-inforces he thinks he made the right choice in Celtic

Plus the fact that if he was in our midfield we might have been quite a bit further up the table...

yeah but he kept on going on about how reading would be in a relegation battle, and coppell always says that he only wants to sign players who really want to come to reading (by the number of players we have signed, not many!)
