Very tidy and intelligent footballer.

Would love to have seen him at the club a few years back, and would still favour him over Howard to be honest.

A bit Osborn'esqu in my eyes, but he's probably a bit long in the tooth for a Rodgers signing. If he came in though, I'd suggest it means a deal's been sorted to move Matejovsky out on loan.

I imagine that inquiry was made prior to us getting Howard, we don't need another midfielder right now.

Think he plays out wide more than central. Certainly not an out and out winger.

We've let Henry go, Kebe's short comings are obvious to all.

Might not be that far off, odd that Brown has come out in public about it, not the Reading way at all.

Who was the bloke in the 80s RFC team whose nickname was Yosser?

Edit: Price wasn't it?

Yep, Ken Price, came from Gillingham during the 1983 relegation season.

A good bloke, could certainly look after himself. Used to drink in The Crown on Caversham Bridge.

Would be a good signing. But I'm sure we would have done it during the transfer window if we were going to.

Why? 4 or 5 signings during the window is enough to be incorporating and assessing at any one time.

The "emergency" Loan window opens soon: if in 3 or 4 matches more cracks appear in the team , they will be patched up by further loan signings.

Clodagh has indicated there is very unlikely to be any players arriving during the loan windo.
