Dirk Gently
Sarah Star I see Kitson's off to Middlesborough.

We could actually do with him here.

WTF!!!!

It was the animosity/hatred between Lita & Kitson that screwed up our dressing room!

Excellent.

I thought Kits was poor for us last season. Technically he's better than Rasiak, but Rasiak does look like he wants to prove himself at this level whereas Dave has serious motivational issues these days. I still think we need a Healy or a Phillips, players who score 'for fun' at this level.

Has Healy ever actually scored for fun at this level?

Why you tell everyone a Prem clubs coming in for you Dave?

Another kick in the balls for the big mans ego. Might finally wake up and smell the shit.

For someone who hates the north so much too. Maybe he's filming for secret millionaire.

Maybe they've patched up their differences? Should make watching Middlesborough more interesting anyway... LOL!

Skysports.com understands Middlesbrough have finalised a deal to bring in Dave Kitson on loan.

Alan Partridge I would have hoped we learnt our lesson from last year.

MOVE ON.

Remember how bad Glen Little was when we had him on loan?
Unfortunately as others have said there is no going back.
Is it really just 2 years ago when Doyle and Kitson were up front for us?
It feels so much longer.
BTW the way some people on here go on about Kitson being disruptive in his time with us borders on the farsical. He had a row with Shorey about his commitment,is that so bad?
Some of you seem to think he was the Yorkshire Ripper,Huntley and the Boston Strangler.
IMHO the best central striker this club has had in all the time that I have watched RFC and one who will never be forgotten for the big part that he played in the two seasons of promotion and that first year in The Premiership

2 seasons of promotion???
First year in the Prem???????

I still think the best striker we have had was Jimmy Quinn and that we could have had some serious fun if he had not ben so old and crippled with Sciatica.

I think he means the two seasons spanning promotion and finishing 8th in the Premiership.

I think it's a close call between Quinn and Kitson, but Kitson did it in the Premiership and had that something a bit different about him outside of the box whereas Quinn was just a pure old fashioned number 9 who was made to score goals.

What we'd pay for Quinn now...

Quinn's problem was he spent too much time playing IN goal rather than in FRONT of goal !

He wasn't bad in goal. Struggled to get down to his corners admittedly.

Didn't he keep a clean sheet in a 3-2 or 3-1 win aginst Bolton after wiggy went off?

Trevor Senior was a pretty good keeper as well. I would actually rate him higher than Fed.

Nah, he let 2 in but we still won, Trevor Morley hattrick, second favourite game!
