grey_squirrel I thought the air vents were specifically designed and their whole purpose was to allow air flow onto the playing area to help sustain the grass/quality of the playing surface.
Just surprised its taken them 20 years to realise it hasn't and doesn't!

One87One No longer happening as the club scoffed at the cost. Instead they’re looking at putting up banners in front of the vents which doesn’t keep the noise in. Also if they use them behind the goal in the South Stand, the away fans will rip them down, so all in all a bit of a fail from the club considering they’d initially given their backing to putting solid panels in to help improve the atmosphere (when it returns).
