Summary of the first half, Villa the better team, couple of half chances and one free head their guy should have scored. we have got into a few decent shooting positions but usually having shots blocked. yet to test their keeper. Southwood made one decent save early on, apart from that hasn`t been tested. 0-0, anyone`s game.

Missed most of the first half, but we've not looked great. Lots of loose and under hit passing, lots of faffing in our half or long balls and almost nothing useful in the middle of the pitch.

Great first goal for Villa, though you've got to be asking someone to have put a successful challenge in somewhere. Second one looked disappointing defending of a set piece.

Watson hasn't looked great in the 20 minutes I've seen and one calamitous moment from Osho followed by his goal.

Loader looks a talent too. I've liked East and Frost when I've seen them before too, not sure on tonight. Medford-Smith(?) hasn't looked great any time I've seen him.

And there you go - 4-3 to them. Looks a player that Hepford-Murphy

Shouldn’t be too disappointed, there’s some talent in our side. Let down tonight by some pretty ropey performances at full back

Osho could make a DM and Rinomhota and Loader look handy. Wouldn’t be at all upset to see them part of the first team squad regularly next year. Few other good performances as well

Will be interesting with Barrett and Novakojvich coming back from loan as well. You’ve got to think someone (smith maybe) will end up on loan next season assuming we’re still in the Championship

I'd like to see Loader get more first team games, whether with us or on loan. Looks a talent.

I hope a few will be loaned out, gain some vital league experience. It is def too early for them to step up to senior level.
If Novakovich comes back and is involved in the team, it would do wonders for the youth to see potentially 5-6-7 former academy players in the matchday squad.

I really hope thats the way we go. Bring in Rinomhota, Loader, Novakovich, Watson, Richards, Southwood into the first team squad, Smith on loan to a D1 for 6 months

I'd actually be happy enough not to sign a striker in the summer if it meant Novakovich and Loader getting a shot.
