Slough Town on 14 July

http://www.sloughtownfc.net/article/151 ... st-Reading

Note that the club fly out to Austria on 15th July so whether that’ll impact the level of squad that takes to the field v Slough remains to be seen.

First team home game against Crystal palace on 28th July, Prob be worth a watch that one, week before the season starts.

One more game still to be announced apparently

Well at least that one is half decent. Something just a bit more appealing about Palace rather than some of the recent others.

Would imagine it's to allow the pitch the fullest amount of time to revover over the summer. Not going to get a massive crowd either. 4000 at Aldershot better than 4000 at the Madjeski.

Aldershot genuinely hate us and I think the feeling is pretty mutual. I know it's a friendly and not even against them, but it's just weird to choose that club to host.

Also sh1tty that it's against Fulham too. I think even if it was free entry I wouldn't go to it. I think I'll go to Slough instead

Slough will be a much better ground to visit on the 14th rather than watch us play Fulham at a neutral ground

Maybe Rotherham & Norwich behind closed doors in Austria? Both are out there whilst we are.

Well our reserves used to play at Aldershot not long ago but it's more the Fulham oppo that I'm bemused about. Oh well, I'll head to Slough with the rest anyway - good facilities there and will be a decent day out
