So, Clement has gone

Who do we want?

Bruce, Jokanovic.... Mark Hughes?

Old Man Andrews

What a bizarre day.

I would like Gareth Ainsworth or Danny Cowley personally. They will go back to the Reading way and promote our youth talent.

I guess the main question is who is heading up this recruitment drive - Howe or Nani? That could push the direction of this appointment.

Well that didn't take the new CEO long to realise what most of have known for months - win %age is abysmal

definitely don't need Bruce or Hughes - has beens. need an up and coming manager/coach that can harnish the quality we do have and shift on the journeymen pros. No idea who though.........

Has Nani actually done anything of note since his appointment? - I guess he reports into Howe now and will have to impress the new boss or he'll be out the door as well

Whoever it is there will probably be a poll set up if we don`t get instant success under him.

Bruce and Hughes would be appalling choices, In my dreams, this is the decisive and proactive move of a new CEO who has a plan to revitalise the club. I cannot think Howe would have done this straight away without at least having someone is mind and, more than likely having already agreed a deal that just needs i's dotting and t's crossing.

Given that we were seeming to be turning a corner with the introduction of homegrown talent, throwing a low morale squad into flux with no clear plan for what's next would be totally batsh*t. I'm sticking with optimism for the time being. Quietly confident Nigel's got a (great) plan and the Chinese are prepared to spend.

Eddie Howe deserves the chance to manage a big club.

He was a decent bloke but taking us nowhere. Do not want Bruce or Hughes but would be happy with Jokanovic, Warburton or Parky.

Was having beer in Southern Spain last week, and was told that Chris Coleman was being lined up, this information came from someone high up the chain. I have no reason to think it was ball shit, I did spit my beer out at this prospect.

I hope it is balls because I can't think of a much worse choice, would have rather kept Clement

Anyone find it interesting that no comment has been made on who will be in charge this weekend?

Anticipating a new appointment before then?
