Hound Very surprised such support for Warburton tbh

He's your bread and butter type manager.

We need him to get us to rise in the league.

Don't know, i've heard that he's a bit of a loafer .

Old Man Andrews As always on matters of huge importance the answer has to be Ian Royal.

Anyone who sees a connection between the size of a whales penis and the length of our current injury list may just have what we're looking for.

The Brentford set up is the thing that has gotten the results...the 'manager' is much more a coach. Warbutton hasn't done much at Forest and we'll see how Dean Smith fares.

They ditched the academy in order to concentrate on recruiting young players released by academies in the Premier League and talent from “undervalued markets” overseas.

Libertine Other than the obvious Ian Royal choice the only option that intrigues me is the Cowley brothers. Been impressed with what they've built at Lincoln City. If the club is serious about "rebuilding" why not go with the people who have actually built something?

When I saw them play Exeter, it was very route 1 and physical, with an absolute lump up front, but that was last season...

Maybe that's the level of player they are working with and they found a solution that way and would change with better players but if it was the same here am not sure it would work or entertain in the Championship...

Tbf when you have the goal machine which is Matt Rhead in your team, it dictates how you play

That was after Warburton left - he didn't like the "moneyball" approach to finding players that the owner wanted to do - and since he's gone they've applied that to under age players as well as the first team. It was while he was there that they built up the academy.

To me it looks like the Brentford "setup" that was successful with Warburton is more like what we've got - as opposed to what they have now.

No one inspiring on the list and don't have a suggestion for "other"... So Ian Royal it is.

Hardly most of our players seem to loaf about on the pitch.
