Jem Karacan

by LoyalRoyal22 » 06 Jan 2017 12:22

He gave a brilliant two hour interview to TTE, hinted he wanted to come back to the club

On twitter he has just tweeted something hinting at a return, & he has changed his picture to himself in an old Reading kit

Would love it if we got him back!

What's he been doing for the past 8 months?

Also, he had his club listed on his profile (Galatasaray), that has been taken off

Played his best football under Adkins in a similar tactical style to our current team. Would fit in perfectly.

:D

Had a few appearances for Gala, then went out on loan to another Turkish club where he did well. Has been trying to engineer a move back to England since the summer I think.

I am aware of that as it was pre 8 months ago. Just wondered if anyone knew what he has been doing in turns of training, trials etc

He can fcuk off for all i care. Had the chance to stay but opted to leave as he thought the grass was greener on the other side.

He doesn't actually give us anything that we don't already have

Listen to the interview & you will hear his perspective. Having players play for the club that actually support the club, are very rare.

The guy gave years of loyalty to the club, and played through some of our most memorable moments in the last decade. Give it a listen.

I would take him back here like a shot, think he's better option than vdb

However I would be surprised if he is even on Stam's radar

Have a feeling he's going to pitch up at another Championship club though this month

For the record he's doing his badges and would presume he's therefore looking to coach/manage once he's finished in the game
