Not much more to add - joins from Barrow. Work with Richardson before at Wigan.

Appears to be very experienced both in the UK and elswhere.

Welcome to him.

Big changes in the coaching side, as you'd expect. We've felt light there in numbers and experience for a while, so getting four new highly experienced people in, to replace Hunt and Marshall... anyone else? Legs was still around for the Cup... seems pretty good work.

It’s a huge upgrade on what we had coaching wise

No excuses for Leam really now. It looks on paper an exceptionally strong coaching team for this level. We’ll see if it works out

Plenty of experience at being a caretaker manager, 9 times no less. if he can sort out the mess on the pitch he`s more than welcome.

Yes but interesting* that we appear to have taken him from Barrow - so unless there was a clause in his contract allowing him to move in certain circumstances, we may have had to pay a release fee.

Also interestingly, whilst the press release states they worked together at Wigan - there seems to be a strong wish not to mention Rotherham in any way.

We don’t talk about Rotherham, Stranded. Nobody does and hopefully it stays that way.

I don't think Rob Kelly worked with Leam at Rotherham

Fair enough. Serves me right for using Wikipedia as a source!

We've already got a bigger coaching team than Hunt had, especially as it appears Leigertwood is sticking around. I do wonder if this is what Couhig wanted all along.

The first rule of RFC is we don't talk about RUFC.

Mikele Leigertwood is name checked in RC's latest video as remaining, so that appears to be confirmed.

Hoping Rob Kelly grows a beard so we can sing the Bill Oddie song, but with belly instead of body.

or Nelly if you're female and of an age where that term might have been used by your parents to describe your front bottom

Couhig does mention Richardson having been at RUFC - he said if he had been asked he would have advised Leam to not take the job. So at least Couhig doesn't shy away from acknowledging his problems there.
