Typical HNA, what was meant to be light hearted comment on the management proposing to move 400 supporters in the East stand turns into open season for pedants debating which forum it should be in

Oh woe is me my seat might get moved. At least you have a seat and can get to games you bastards. if you don't like it there are plenty of people who will happily take the problem off your hands.

I can't understand how you've equated the moving of the seat you occupy for disabled seating too "I'm being kicked out of the east stand"... especially when they are adding a few thousand more seats :? .

Different thread Zac, but I'm sure you can see the "big club" parallels.

It's nothing official, the clubs planning application for expanding the stadium shows East stand rows X to DD and seats 120-190 (approx) as being replaced by either a new disabled area or a "Corporate Hospitality Suite" depending on which drawing you believe. Strangely these public documents have now been removed.

I can see the "Club is increasing capacity and therefore legally needs to increase the disabled and hospitality seating" parallels.

Meaning Steve Coppell and the football management side.

This is clearly a club policy topic - in fact it is hard to think of a more club policy subject.

Woah there! That includes our seats. Mind you at least it will mean the moaners behind us will have to move as well and the chances of us having to sit near them again are marginal - hoorah!

I'm sure you would get the pick of seats in the new upper east stand. You'd be maybe 6 rows back or something.

I don't really want to go in the Upper stand bit - and surely the cost of seats there will be more expensive won't they, like the Upper West??

Actually - having now remembered my alphabet - we're in Row W - the moaners are in X - so we can stay where we are and they'll be GONE!!!

I think 12-14 rows up will most likely shift.... (X/Y to LL), a cut and paste, it's 6 if everyone moves back (X/Y to EE), i.e a shuffle.

If the football club have to relocate season ticket holders because of the redevelopment, the fans wont be paying anything extra! There seat will cost the same as it would have done had they still been in the 'lower' east stand. That would only be the case for one season though I'm sure.

It's all one stand, just two concourses. There is no split like the upper and lower west
