Upgrade fees

by Readingfanman » 29 Mar 2007 21:58

How much is it to upgrade a ticket from a 13-16 to an adult ticket for one game? Is it whatever the price difference is in between those two tickets?

All the info is on the OS.

As suggested you need to look at the grade of game (Silver, gold or platinum) and the difference between the patch price for the two types of ticket.

In theory you can only upgrade evening games - would be interesting to know if that rule is strictly observed....

It is three times a season, per season ticket, any game (not just evenings).

The original Supporters Guide said you could only upgrade for games kicking off after 7pm, although it then said that at the TO's discression they might upgrade for other games. The OS now doe sindeed say upgrades can be done for any game - up to 3 times per season.

I upgraded a season ticket today. No problem at all. The guy in the ticket office said they are more relaxed now about how many times a season ticket gets upgraded, but added they do keep records and would know if it was genuine or someone abusing the facility.
