Oh, cock & bollocks. I've got to travel back up to Yorkshire straight after the game for work in the morning. I might tail him back up the M1 and force the incompetent twat off the road.

Didn't Solano (clearly) boot the ball out for a throw, only for Riley to give it to Newcastle? What a putana Riley is.

Having slept on it, cogitated and deliberated, here is my carefully considered appreciation of Mike Riley's performance last night:

C*nt

That is all.

Look at the way he has deliberately gone in with his knee on that player!

I think he gave a foul throw as Shorey took it from the wrong place. But overall - clueless and seemed to bias Newcastle.

hhhmmmm, it was a baffling performance from Mr Riley.

The throw-in that went Newcastle's way after their player booted out. Anyone know why?

Kingsley being sent-off. Coppell's excellent comments after the game on that "yes I can see how he would confuse a 6ft 5 lion with one of my players"

I think we should have had at least one penalty (Solano on Doyle) quite clear from the TV replays; and a good shout for another one.

Kitsons shoulder to shoulder in the first half that was given as a free-kick (although this was the linesman). I did give the 2nd Half East stand linesman some stick in the 2nd half for his performance but having watched them back Ameobi was actually onside for his header, oh well.

He gave a foul throw against Shorey for taking the throw around 10 yards closer to his own goal line than where the ball went out - again, technically correct but bloody pedantic and a case of double standards as he didn't pull Solano up for stealing 10 yards from a throw in the same place
