Re: Group Save Train Tickets (move if necessary but importan

I've been sold group save tickets from Didcot, all day travel cards. Assuming this will be okay as the restriction is from Reading - is that correct? Restriction is "Journeys to London Paddington until 17:00" http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/ticket_types/48462.aspx#April%202015 N...

Re: Group Save Train Tickets (move if necessary but importan

Been on phone to First Great Western - Told Group Save on journey via London Paddington is UNAVAILABLE to buy on Saturday due to the amount of Reading supporters going up. Unfair in my opinion, but you can still buy in advance online now. Did they mention Southwest trains to Waterloo? No restrictio...

Re: Watching the semi final on a ship

The BBC iPlayer app lets you stream live TV so if the ship have a wifi service that will be an option. The big golf ball like object on ships usually contains the satellite connection hardware. Big problem may be speed due to bandwidth issues though. If you are close to land the signal will often f...

Re: Watching the semi final on a ship

oof. There will be a ton of streams available but as you probably know they can be dodgy at the best of times never mind over a high latency relatively low-bandwidth satellite internet connection. However, if they show PL games live they will have a tracking sat TV system so your best bet is to get ...

Re: Pubs for Wembley

Looks like the Green man will be an Arsenal pub this year given we are at the other end Whilst I'm looking forward to arriving at Wembley "from a different angle" the Green Man was good - more or less en-route from Wembley Central, and they had bars of varying levels of permanance all ove...

Re: Semi final tickets?

Our tickets will then be physically delivered to Madejski Stadium in due course, and as a result we now anticipate being in a position to go on sale to Season Ticket holders on Tuesday 24th March. We will then sell to Member Card holders later in the week, on a Royalty Points basis. We do not antic...

Re: Semi final tickets?

Also, where is the best tier to sit? At the Swansea PO final I sat on the lower tier to the left of the goal and that was a really good spot I thought, however just looking at pics and wondering where else may be a good position There's a "view from your seat" thingy here http://www.wembl...

Re: Semi final tickets?

Don't you have to get the tickets through Wembley Stadium anyway, not the club? We did for the PO final so I assume it will be the same again. Most club's own systems won't be set-up to sell for Wembley (unless they use the same provider). I really can't remember the details but I'm pretty sure you...

Re: Replay Details

Not getting either option, logging in, selecting Bradford from the ticket menu and getting straight to the stadium view. Looks like it's FUBAR. I just logged in again and both Quick Seats and Choose Seats go to the stadium view. When I bought this morning, I did try Quick Seats first and it went to...

Re: Replay Details

It's just taking me straight to the stadium view and won't let me do anything with my seat. I can't even call up now either! Do you mean "Choose Seats" and "Quick Seats" are doing the same thing? "Choose Seats" is where you can buy your ST seat, "Quick S...

Re: Replay Details

Tried booking online, couldn't work out how I could buy my season ticket seat so phoned up instead. They said lines have been very busy since tickets went online. There are two options against the Bradford game: Choose Seats => This is where you can buy your ST seat and / or ST seats for any linked...

Re: Replay tickets on sale NOW!!!

Ascotroyal83 Apparantly when you log in you have to select quick seats and your seat should be reserved.

I think it's the other way round - Quick Seats takes you to stand / block selection, otherwise Choose Seats is where you find your ST seat ready to select.

Does anybody know what scenario is preventing it from being confirmed already? AFAIK Liverpool / Blackburn and Man U / Arsenal are all lined up for April 7/8th replays so what's the hold up?

Re: Replay Details

Online seems a bit flakey. "Choose Seats" showed my adult ST seat available for a fiver 8) checked it and clicked Buy Seats and a massive error occurred and the Bradford game had disappeared from sale  . Cleared cookies, logged back in (no queue) and my seat was showing as available ...

Re: Derby (A) FA Cup 14/02/15

Anyone training it tomorrow looks like it's via London (St. Pancras services to Sheffield call at Derby) as never mind the landslip, line is also closed at Tamworth. Looking at 3 - 3.5 hours.

Re: Wolves away

http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/service_disruptions/90845.aspx Lots of cross-ticket acceptance in place on "any reasonable route", so if you've already bought a Cross Country ticket you should be able to use it via London (Reading > Paddington > Euston > Wolves) - takes about 3h 20m. On the ...
