Rennes are looking like relegation fodder at this, (admittedly early) stage. Perhaps they may be more approachable with the prospect of 2nd tier football rearing its ugly head. agreed, but by january it might be better to be dealing with a team that hasn't already turned down offers. better chance ...

Not only have we scored early in our games, we have yet to score after the hour mark. Lita's against Boro on the opening day (55th min, or there about) being our latest goal so far this season. Probably a reflection of how much we have been settling for our lead most of the 2nd half, but a strange ...

I think that mentality is what has made all of us literally fall in love with a club such as Reading. When I first took a liking to football as a youngster, I was not one to jump in with a club such as Man U, the perennial winner, like my friends. I, for one, love the underdog. But the joy we find i...

maybe he aquired the groin injury trying on some green tights of his own. sonko may not be happy being superman, maybe he'd prefer a more robin-hood-esque persona :o

his work has turned heads especially with the defense. critics said it would never hold up against top teams. well, it did well against ManUre, for the most part, and other sides. Sonko's been brilliant, and Coppell's made Shorey a possible for the England squad. really great work

Personally, I'll be disappointed if we don't make a champions league spot. I like this attitude. although probly a bit unrealistic this season ( :) ), we need to stop compiling stats that tell how we will avoid relegation. As Coppell stated, they're shooting higher, trying to finish middle-of-the p...

good attitude, a bit exagerated, clearly. i suspect that one gets promoted from championship to premiership, not the other way around, for a reason

If we play like that against Chelsea we will come away with a hard-fought 6-0 thumping. Excellent result today, but undeserved Everyone is entitled to an opinion, however stupid. You come dangerously close to abusing that privilege. well put, floyd. and if we played like we did on Sunday, or any ot...

i think seol's doing as well as a winger should, and i doubt it has much to do with home and away. using that small statistic as proof is foolish

agreed. he would be good coming off the bench, but i think that would push long away from making progress, as he has appeared in nearly every game. though as someone stated earlier, a loan for long would be god

forward position future

It now sounds as though Dave Kitson will be back playing within a month. i would expect he would begin by coming off the bench, but eventually i would think he should be fit to return to his starting job... Leroy Lita has played well in his absence... Kevin Doyle has clearly earned his starting job....
