From Despair To Where? I'm amazed people still don't get it.

Re: Weekend Football

Now that the106 is safe, I’m sort of up for them.

And Leeds.

I’d say I’m in the minority hoping that, of the three, Ipswich miss out.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Dec 1976, just before Xmas iirc. Evening match.

Other teams that completely took over the Southbank in those days were Pompey twice, Oxford and, perhaps surprisingly, Northampton.

Re: Rival Watch

Yep, 2-0 down. This reduces our max target by a point if it stays like this.

I’d like to hang on to Smith. Just the sort of player to have in my ideal team.

Yawn, Liverpool one up on Sheffield united.

OTOH I guess I prefer Liverpool to Man City and Arsenal, so “Help yourselves”

Re: Record Watch 23/24

Surprised you all missed Chesterfield. They won the National League by a mile, and were on course to beat 106 easily. They seem to have gone on cruise mode and have only one win in five. Lost again yesterday, cannot now do 106 8)

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a)

tidus_mi2 Still effectively 7pts off the drop due to goal difference so not much damage done.
