Re: BFTG - Sheffield

We were second best 3-1 was fair even against ten men we created nothing. Sorry but Loader Barrett and Richards are not good enough for this level they are div one at best. Another long miserable season ahead.

Re: Free away travel

That is brilliant you have to give it to the owners some things like the ticket pricing the initiative to attract young fans and families and now this. Just a shame they get it so wrong on the pitch :)

Re: The womens world cup

Same old England men or women we are a nation of losers. Mentally weak happy to be plucky losers instead of arrogant winners. Germany USA and Australia all arrogant big heads all winners. They don’t care what people think of them as long as they win. If you want to make friends go down the pub. We t...

Re: League Cup 1st Round

We went there for the first round in 96 lost 2-0. I really hate this cup I don't know why we bother. Swindon and Oxford have won it even Wycombe have reached the semi finals. And Burton :o

Re: RIP - Gordon Neate

Yes it was This has bugged me for years, My first game was 1978 and I remember the HT scores you matched in the programme from board at the side of the pitch. I used to do this then get home to find the scores were all wrong! This went on for years and nobody at the club seemed to bothered until th...

Re: RIP - Gordon Neate

Very sad news and condolences to his family. Fred forking the pitch at EP at h/t, Jimmy Wallbanks running on the with the magic sponge and the chap whose name I forget now - short, always wore a bobble hat and traipsed around the cinder before game selling Golden Gamble - are three endearing and en...

26 April 1997 Reading 2 - 0 Oldham "OK, it's a cliche - but Glasgow and Roach are definately ones for the future. They both put in some great touches, some nice passes, and set chances up. Roach took his goal well and was clearly up for getting a second. They both had excellent games - expect ...

Re: Reading FC Womens World

It’s a real shame the cup semi could not be played at the Mad Stad. Reckon we could have 5-6k for that playing at Wycombe was no home advantage with a ref who did everything the West Ham players and fans told him to do.

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

4-0 This has to be the worst United team I have ever seen. The biggest club in the world what a joke. Would Barcelona Madrid Bayern or Juventus appoint a manager who failed at Cardiff and was a club manager in Norway?

Re: BFTG - Bristol City

I`m still pretty hacked off why their guy never got a red card on the stretcher, disgusting chest high tackle. too much sentiment from the ref. Reading the Bristol forums the City fans watching online said he should have been sent offf. The ref bottled it because he was on a stretcher. One even sai...
