Re: Next Season's Squad.

Well good news on Obita. On Southwood do you have any source for this? Jonathan Low Thanks. Very disappointed about this. So we will just have Walker then for now.No need to let Southwood go. He should be challenging as understudy to whoever the number one is. Driscoll and Boyce-Clarke therefore cu...

Re: Rival Watch

Bristol City seem to be quietly getting on with things, Tomas Kalas on a permanent deal being the lately likely move. Could be a good shout for promotion there.

Re: Rival Watch

Obviously young players need the games to develop, but dreadful move by Stam to let him go rather than start using him for RB and RW cover. Would he have done a lot worse than Aluko? And at a tiny fraction of the cost. Wish him well. Good player. At the time would Stacey have been good enough to pl...

Re: New sponsor

I still consider Courage to be our ‘real’ sponsor. Has any team ever had better words on their chests ? I guess maybe someone has been sponsored by Champion spark plugs or Winalot dog food ? Sorry mate. All surpassed by 'Durex' just for the lols. Palace fans all walking round with ‘Virgin’ on their...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Be interesting to see if they let us know how much the deal is worth over how many years so we can see how that stacks up against other deals "middling" Division 2 clubs have got in recent years.

And when they officially announce this they may well reveal the new kit at the same time.

The Reading Way

OK everyone, the club call to arms is here https://www.readingfc.co.uk/news/2019/june/the-reading-way/ Nothing specific of course but by these words they shall be judged. And with the first team being back on Monday I would expect to see media interviews (local press, Berks etc.) with Mr Howe and Mr...

Wallsy Club record shirt sponsorship deal could be announced as early as Friday with CASUMO - a Casino.

Sad the club are going down the route of so many other clubs with betting and gambling sponsorship.

I reckon also Kerry Dixon scoring 4 in an away game and ending on the losing side may be a record. 1982-83 - lost 5-7 at Donny Not quite the same but seem to recall that Denis Law scored 6 or something for Man City in an FA Cup tie at Luton only for the game to be abandoned and City then lost the r...

Stranded
Sutekh When do the fixtures for Steps 1-4 usually come out?

Normally 1st week of July I think but depends on the final make up of the divisions at those steps having been ratified in time.

Thanks, I haven't missed anything yet then.
