Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round

Weird club, never been the same since the ridiculous decision to sack Gary Rowett and replace him with Zola. They deserve all the get really.

Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

He is sick in the head anyway. Martinez is probably the best goalkeeper who has ever worn a Reading shirt. He's showing his class at Arsenal, he's top drawer. A matter of opinion of course but really "best goalkeeper ever"? I think the current keeper is as good as him. Did you never see S...

Re: BFI Follow Huddersfield

Alternative names are not uncommon though are they ? Ronaldhino springs immediately to mind (only because he's one of the few whose real name I knew) Those known by first names is becoming a trend as well Pedro Neymar Trent Allison Actually, it seems that Brazil is the epicentre Isn't it traditiona...

Re: BFI Follow Huddersfield

So what you're saying is that you, just like Tim Dellor are totally biased against particular players? Weak effort sandy. Go back to finding someone innocent to get stuck into because a player you like gets a bit of stick. WTF does any of that mean? who's Sandy? Ian has pet names for people. All of...

Re: BFI Follow Huddersfield

This was a test game for Bowen trying new things which is quite wise tbh. BBCRB harp on about the great midfield of Gomes and Rino. Yeah they tackled well but IMO without Ejaria we are missing that flair and threat of danger and instead just have the boring hard tackling unremarkable midfield. Hudd...

My favourite bit last night was when he suggested he did 10k in 46 minutes yesterday morning without having a drink.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Charlton Athletic (a) sponsored by Deniss Rakels

Would take a young academy player learning his craft and making the odd mistake over 'steady Eddie' Chris Gunter putting in 6/10 performances all day long. Great financial saving being made by the club in moving Osho over to right back.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Charlton Athletic (a) sponsored by Deniss Rakels

Same team I think. Honestly I would keep it the same until Ejaria and Joao are back then slot them in for Obita and Puscas. Unless the latter scores a few more. Reckon Joao would do really well in this set up. On Osho, do we think he is likely to sign on? He looks tremendously strong, good speed an...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Charlton Athletic (a) sponsored by Deniss Rakels

Think that could well be true. I think a 1 year deal with a much reduced wage is a reasonably decent investment though. Start with Richards and have Obita in reserve. Would much rather Blackett stayed over Obita but I have a feeling Blackett will get a fairly decent deal at another Championship club...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Charlton Athletic (a) sponsored by Deniss Rakels

I’d revert back to the Luton team too. We overly rely on Swift for creativity if Ejaria isn’t playing. Sadly Obita really struggled. Not sure he will get that new deal. If he will take a massive pay cut I would happily offer him a 1 year deal but purely as a left back, don't think he has done too b...

traff "Dim Teller excruciating commentary"
I think you are being too kind. Has only one agenda which is his own inane opinion.
Was cautioned several times last night for my language and 90% aimed at him.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (h) sponsored by Craig Maskell

Twitter bed-wetters at it again. It would save them all a lot of stress if they didn’t get so excited when we win, and so dramatic when we lose. Ah I’m getting old! Interested to know why we are giving game time to Blackett when he’s leaving? He’s been decent for us when he’s played but if he’s not...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (h) sponsored by Craig Maskell

Objectively he has done a very solid job. We were well in the way to relegation with Gomes and likely all sorts of financial meltdown He has come in with a huge bloated squad, made no signings of his own and made us comfortably safe and in a position where we aren’t relying on high earners into nex...

Re: Squad for 2020/21

Really like McIntyre, hope he gets to start next season as first choice. Great to see a local boy in the team and he seems to be a nice lad too. He's going to make mistakes and he might cost us a game or two but he deserves a chance and hopefully when the mistakes come he is given a free pass by our...
