Shaka

Nope. Remember there is more to goalkeeping than saving shots. Shaka is not the best all around goalkeeper we have had.

Yes he is.

He just isn't and you're arguing with a qualified expert. You lose. Sorry.

Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

You are sick in the head if you think McCarthy starts ahead of Emi. He is sick in the head anyway. Martinez is probably the best goalkeeper who has ever worn a Reading shirt. He's showing his class at Arsenal, he's top drawer. lol Shaka Nope. Remember there is more to goalkeeping than saving shots....

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (h) sponsored by Craig Maskell

It will be so Reading to lose 0-1 to a shite Huddersfield side tomorrow. Really just want us to go hell for leather tomorrow, hopefully start 2 up top. Can anyone remember the last time a Reading team “went for it from the off” at home in a league fixture? Not a league game no. Bradford in the cup ...

Re: Rival Watch

That was better achievement than Ainsworth at Wycombe Was it really though? Both are great achievements but I think Ainsworth building and guiding Wycombe to success is slightly greater. I don’t, I’m afraid. Thats fine, all about opinions. Well done for expressing it respectfully. Lots of others co...

Re: Rival Watch

Categorically true. Whether it's the greatest managerial achievement in football history , is a totally different story. Bob Stokoe rescuing Carlisle. Carlisle making the top division? Newport County after going bust, reforming, coming up from The Hellenic League, two consecutive years at Wembley, ...

Re: The Non - League thread

Interesting down at Sandhurst The investment group behind Bracknell Town are the new sponsors of Sandhurst Town The old forgotten waterlogged Bottom Meadow is now ripped apart and a 3G or 4G pitch being lined up Apparently the Bracknell chairman sees this as a chance to expand his academy set up Th...

Re: Squad for 2020/21

Zip If Moore is really on £35k a week then we deserve all we get. This is Reading FC. Madness.

I would say that is accurate based upon the owners thoughts. Seeing Moore as a lucky charm for the club etc.

Proof once again you have no clue about football, maybe pick a different sport to be wrong about constantly so we don't have to read any of the bollocks that you come out with. Why are you being like this again :?: You know that notice about feeding the trolls ? I know you're old and infirm but I d...

Re: Rival Watch

paultheroyal Am I right in saying that a win tonight and Luton / Barnsley draw we are mathematically safe?

Bowen has done alright hasn't he? Some turnaround.

He has done what was asked of him I guess. Wouldn't say it was to surprising given the squad we have compared to others down there.

Nameless
Snowflake Royal I can't decide if it's trolling or breakdown.

The former.
Classic use of the ‘everything I said is factual’ line also used by Carbooter. Ignoring the fact that the facts don’t support the arguement !

Both teams made 6 changes to their teams for the cup fixture. End of discussion. Fact.

Re: Squad for 2020/21

I don’t see why playing Osho and McIntyre together at this stage of the season is such a problem. They may be two of our four centre backs next season. It would take an injury and suspension of other centre backs for them to be alongside each other. Bowen can use these next five games to experiment...
