Re: Reading v QPR Boxing Day moved to 7.30pm kick off for Sky TV

I was told yesterday that there will be no buses running to this game as Reading Buses feel it is unfair to ask their drivers to work so late on Boxing Day.

Silver Fox
Forbury Lion Fcuking Skysports and the fcuking FA..... Still haven't forgiven them for scheduling games on Valentines Day.

Seems harsh considering neither of them were involved in that decision

I assume inflatable snakes are banned from this event? (asking on behalf of the "fan" seen running away from stewards with one under his arm at the Preston game)

Not so keen on him absolutely slaughtering the poor ball girl for throwing the ball onto the pitch directly after the goal ;-) ha did he? didnt see that bit :) Good. Our ballboys/girls are atrocious. At every other club up and down the country they’re all little annoying pcunts who try and waste ti...

Re: BFGT Preston (H)

Subtle changes. Less risky at the back and got it to the strikers, Puscas and Meite, well in the first half. Bowen said we need to do that better, but the players did as they were told. Bowen was interviewed about this, he said it's what he told the players to do but he may have over emphasized thi...

Re: BOWEN OUT!!!

Sunderland got Parky, we got snakey Bowen. Let's hope hes gone by November If Bowen goes by November it will be cause of results on the pitch. I personally hope we win every game this season and beyond because I want my team to be successful. It's a shame others just want to create a pantomime vill...

Re: Congratulations, you are the new Reading manager

Interesting video on youtube/twitter or something where the BT Sport team area interviewing the Brighton Director of football and other things (can't remember his exact title) and they say they have clear aims and style of play set at the top and hire managers who share that same philosophy. The man...

Re: CONFIMRED - Mark Bowen

I always think that Reading supporters cannot get any more dumb then people like old man andrew pipe up. You've been told to be quiet several times. Last warning. Mate, please just put on ignore list, as we all should. I'm blessed with this: "krapmle, who is currently on your ignore list, made...

Re: Congratulations, you are the new Reading manager

What formation would you play (a different one for home and away matches perhaps)? Initially, with the players available I'd be inclined to go 5-3-2 but with two defensive minded midfielders and only one of Swift and Ejaria just to steady the ship and try and keep clean sheets. Longer term, I'd like...

The loan players did. Rolled the dice and up came 5 sixes.

Re: CONFIMRED - Mark Bowen

All I will add, if Bowen was such a snake why have 4 coaches that Gomes brought with him chosen to stay on? Usually when a manger goes the majority of their coaching staff go too - would 4 really stay to work for the man who got Gomes fired? Some possible reasons 1. They haven't had their contracts...

Re: Mark Bowen Whelmgauge

Let’s put it this way. There will be even more empty seats than usual. Good. If people can't back a new manager at a game they shouldn't come. We haven't got a new manager. We've got Mark Hughes' arsewipe. That's out of character.....Have you been drinking? Results will be the deciding factor on wh...

Re: Mark Bowen Whelmgauge

Right. But it was West Ham. Who were a Championship club at the time, not a Premiership Club. But it's West Ham. As I said, it would be like Barnsley fans wondering why their managers' head was turned by Leeds. Are you telling me they wouldn't be upset about that? It's not what he did, it's the way...

Re: Mark Bowen Whelmgauge

I understand him wanting to go, but he recently signed a new highly paid (by Reading standards) contract and asked for a premiership release clause. If he had a Premiership or West Ham clause, things would have been different. Right. But it was West Ham. Who were a Championship club at the time, no...

Re: Mark Bowen Whelmgauge

Sign a lucrative contract in which he asked for a Premiership release clause, He then gets tapped up by a championship rival and leaves. This after telling at least one fan to their face that he's going nowhere. He also say's in his leaving message something along the lines of "I hope you get ...
