Re: Best player you've ever seen play against us

I was going to say Henry and Moses. To be honest when we were in the Premiership none of the big names impressed me, with the exception of Henry.

NewCorkSeth
tidus_mi2 Why is Olise going off? The rule change means if it's a foul he doesn't have to go off.

I didnt see that rule change?

Yes I thought if it’s a yellow card, you can stay on. I can’t keep with these rules changes. Introduced exactly for these situations.

Re: EFL Football to return behind closed doors

The Sports Illustrated article is well worth a read, but it makes you realise that there is little or no chance of any meaningful football until the end of the year. It carefully takes apart the idea of games being played behind closed doors. The main driver with all of this is the money and Parry's...

I wish we could have the Law about drinking in the Stadium changed. At least you could have a drink whilst watching this rubbish to deaden the pain a bit.

I'm never sure resting players actually works . Instead some of them look off the pace when they come back.

Re: BFTG Bristol citeh.

To be honest - paying a tenner for 2 hours parking absolutely puts me off going too. For me to get to a midweek game I have to drive home after work (Bracknell to Baso) - sort the kids out - and then rush straight back up the A33 to get there for 8pm. I don't mind paying £25 for a ticket - but to t...

Re: BFTG Bristol citeh.

The club are paying the price for not having enough sensible parking. Those places you could park for free or pay for and get out in reasonable time have all gone. In my case I catch the bus. So it normally a wait followed by a crush on the bus when it turns up. Not such a big issue or a reasonable ...

Please can we have comments from those who actually attended the game

I got the impression that Adie WIlliams was not at the game on Saturday but at Wentworth. I don't have a problem with that, but its the same whenever you have a caller who phones in/texts and hasn't attended the game making comments. They are really having to pass an opinion based on the commentary,...

Re: Injury & Suspension Watch : 2018/2019

I have been told third hand, that Gomez's team has a different approach to injuries. The old medical team preferred to have injuries rested. Gomez's team works the injured players much harder. That might account for the faster recoveries that we are seeing in some cases.

Anyone involved in the handbags after game between the supporters ? Must admit I was very impressed with the number of police who attended. Must have pulled them from across the whole region.
