2x Mogwai Tickets (Camden)

Got two tickets for Mogwai tomorrow night (Wednesday 24th) at the Camden Roundhouse that I'm looking to shift.

£60 for the pair. I'm still going so can meet you at the venue to exchange.

Re: Wolves - back from the sofa

Figures don't really tell the whole story. Pog, when playing, has been stuck in a team creating next to no chances. Since Murray has come in along with the other new signings, we have been creating a huge amount more (admittedly that could be down to Murray/Pog being out of the team). I'd be very i...

Re: BFTG - Huddersfield (H)

urz13, Akpan is far from standing still you moron, he's moving towards the ball to show himself. Hector should never bave played the ball to him. Hector's the main culprit for that first. Don't agree with you at all here. Akpan was 'moving towards the ball to show himself' as he was asking for it. ...

Re: BFTG - Huddersfield (H)

One of those days. An early error from Hector cost us and from then on Huddersfield were content to make us try to hurt them. I thought we were always in it at 1-0 but concedeing that second did for us. Wayward shots. Dodgy refereeing and huddersfield time wasting after 35 minutes. Akapan escapegoa...

Re: Forest Game 29th November 2013

I only wish we could have more Friday night games Mutafookin +1 Southampton at home on Friday night the year we got 106 was totally skills. 'Greed. Finish work early, hit the pub, go to the game, hit the pub, and you've still got your weekend left. I can only remember a few of those Friday nights, ...

Re: RUMOUR - Chris Baird

If (and hopefully when) this is confirmed, it will be an incredible signing given the current state of the team following Jem's injury. Baird is a player who can play all along the back-line which is a bonus itself but, at this level, I think he'd be particularly effective in a holding midfield role...

Looking at that Bournemouth away kit again, it really is the nuts.

Here's their full range for the season:

Re: New kits 2013/2014

reading_fan There's always something about a full plain black kit. That Bournemouth (away) shirt is fab.

Agreed, it looks pretty classy. I love how they've desaturated the badge too.

Re: Phil Jones and His Amazing Face

His future must lie at centre-half with a mug like that.

To be fair though, at only 21 years old the geezer's a hell of a player.

Canada and England, although I could probably loosely include France in that too I guess, much to Spacey's anger.

Re: HRK

No one's mentioned his crossing, which is a bit shite IMO. He often looks good as he beats a man on the halfway line though. I have to say I see it the other way round. I think he has an awesome left peg, capable of putting balls in with real pace and dip, but when it comes to beating a defender 1-...

Re: New captain? McAnuff axed?

Now that the dust has settled on the manager situation - albeit some of you disappointed you didn't get the shiny new foreign manager you wanted - it is good to see a thread surface in double-quick time focussing some h8red on a player who has achieved a great deal with and for the club. I don't se...

Re: HRK

He's still quite raw at the moment but he has all the attributes to be a player, definitely. People labelling him inconsistent need to remember that he's never really been given the chance to build any momentum; coming in and out of the side, starting, coming on from the bench, playing on different ...

Re: New captain? McAnuff axed?

I can't see that until summer, but it needs to happen. Give it to Mariappa. Arguably my player of the season to be honest. I went to the friendly down at AFC Bournemouth (one of his first appearances for us) and he was already the vocal member of the back four, dictating the line, etc. I too would ...

Re: MCDERMOTT SACKED

Thomas, man, could you do us a mock Program cover with McDermott, sobbing, being led away by JM while Anton, wearing a sadistic grin, perhaps with a bit of blood dribbing down his cheek from biting the head off a kitten, sits on his golden throne and bellows "GET IN HERE GIBBS"? If you do...
